  • Your first batch of content will be ready for your review within 2-3 weeks of your kick-off call – whoop whoop!

  • We recommend having a Social Media Scheduler (i.e. Planoly, Later) to help your Social Media Marketing be as hands-free as possible. If you’ve signed up for Emails, you’ll need an email marketing platform to send the emails from.

    Got a VA onboard? We can work directly with them to ensure your content is handed over swiftly, smoothly and as stress-free as possible!

  • All your content will be delivered monthly into your custom-made Airtable base. Along with the first batch of content you’ll also get a video to walk you through Airtable, if you haven’t used it before, we guarantee you’ll fall in love with it.

  • Fo’sho! We’ve supported all businesses with our content marketing magic!

  • While this is *super* rare, it’s a valid question. We have a rigorous onboarding process with a detailed questionnaire as well as a kick off call so we can dive really deep into your tone of voice, experience, credibility and style as a whole. As our main mission is creating content that you’re over the moon about, we include 1 round of revisions for all the content we produce to ensure we nail it. Surge style.

  • We ask for an initial 3 month commitment then we operate on a rolling 30-day notice period as we don't believe in tying our clients into long-term contracts. We prefer to earn their trust instead by delivering a gold-standard service that keeps them coming back for more.
