Founder of Surge Social, a boutique digital marketing agency.
I started off my career in the eLearning and L&D space, working at IBM in the UK and Dubai, and later moving to a (then) 6-person remote team for a L&D tech start-up. In my first week at the company, I assisted in closing a lucrative deal with Amazon, later moving on to help the likes of Sky, ASOS, Financial Times, Oliver Bonas, Harrods, and Reiss revolutionise their online learning platforms.
Over the years, I worked with Directors, VPs and the C-Suite to productise their knowledge and experience into online courses and training content, to accelerate the growth of their companies.
In 2018, I took everything I learned from working with some of the biggest companies in the world, and decided to help start-ups and small businesses to flourish, in as peaceful a way as possible.
I knew that one of the major stressors for these smaller businesses was the inconsistency of enquiries and leads, the uncertainty of relying on referrals, and the overwhelm of feeling like they had to sell on social media daily.
